Personal Data Processing Consent

1. Data subject

Consent is provided by an UpCore user, customer representative, employee or other person who receives access to the system or whose data is processed during product operation.

I, the personal data subject, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to OOO Dexmobile processing my personal data for the purposes of providing access to UpCore, generating engineering reports, product support, security and contract performance.

Consent may be executed electronically, on paper or in another form agreed with the customer.

4. Personal data list

• full name, position, work contacts, role and department;
• account identifiers in UpCore and corporate engineering systems;
• actions in UpCore and connected work systems;
• tasks, commits, merge requests, reviews, worklogs and timesheets;
• technical data required for service security and operation.

5. Purposes

• providing access to UpCore and account management;
• calculating engineering, efficiency, code quality and project risk metrics;
• preparing management, developer, project and team reports;
• technical support, maintenance and product improvement;
• security, action logging and incident investigation.

6. Permitted actions

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, update, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data are permitted with or without automation.

Data may be processed in UpCore information systems, support systems, security logs and connected customer corporate systems.

7. Term and withdrawal

• Consent is valid until processing purposes are achieved, the contract ends or consent is withdrawn.
• Withdrawal is sent to sales@dex-it.ru.
• After withdrawal, the operator stops processing unless another legal basis applies.
